Western Herbalism

Traditional Western Herbalism is the practice of using herbs therapeutically to help bring the body, mind and spirit back to a balanced & harmonious state of well being.
The goal of this tradition is to help each person to understand the intimate relationship between how they live, feel and think, and their state of health and well-being. It is also to teach them how they can reconnect with themselves and nature in order to re-establish harmony in their lives.
The symptoms of disease are viewed as fundamental processes through which a person is able to maintain balance in response to physical, emotional, mental & spiritual stress.
We understand that each person is unique and experience different symptoms, this is why we make individual herbal formulas or teas to meet the needs of each person and support them along their journey to optimum health.
Traditional Western Herbalism combines natural healing practices with modern medical advances to get to the root of your imbalances. Each individual will have their own holistic experience through herbs, diet & lifestyle changes.
All of my herbal tinctures are made from local wild crafted or organic dried herbs. I believe in the ethical harvesting of herbs and no endangered species are used in treatment or any of my products. One of my main goals is to help restore balance on our planet.
Most of the plants I use grow within our area. These wonderful healing plants may be in your own backyard! Most of the ailments we have can be treated with local plants, as the plants that grow here can heal the people that live here.
