Healthy Weight Loss Program
Weight loss can be a very stressful time if you are unsure of how to go about losing the weight at a healthy rate.
I work with the individual to accomplish a safe and healthy way to start losing weight for the individual. Everyone is built different and has a different body structure, so it is customized for the unique person you are.
I recommend implementing whole foods through educating the person on what foods contain how much carbohydrates, proteins, fats & calories. Our bodies require healthy foods, such as good fats, which is extremely important for the individual that wants to loss weight. As well as lots of vegetables and high quality clean proteins, low carbohydrates and no sugars. I will structure a customized menu plan for the individual and their lifestyle, along with an exercise program. I believe that once you loss the weight through changing your lifestyle habits, there is no reason you should put the weight back on, unless you don't follow the changes throughout your life. This is a lifestyle change through healthy eating habits which will promote weight loss and weight maintenance.
